SHOREWOOD - A cleaning company is changing their tune after sticking a Northshore couple with a big bill.
Home Service Guys has refunded Nick Hardrath and his fiancee Heidi more than $1000 after TODAY'S TMJ4 got involved.
It all started after the Shorewood man bought a Groupon for air duct cleaning. When the vendor out of Indiana showed up they said it would cost $105 more to finish the job.
When the credit card bill came it was for $1050 instead of $105.
'It was almost two months of going back and forth,then within a week of the story coming out everyone was willing to work with us.' Said Hardrath.
Groupon also refunded what the couple paid for the voucher and even game them a $50 credit. Nick tells TODAY'S TMJ4 he'll do his research before he clicks buy next time.
